Each of our programmes are 9 weeks in length, broken into 3 x 3 week blocks
We can programme for 1, 2 or 3 sessions per week, each session 45 minutes to 1 hour in length
If after purchasing and completing your first 9 weeks of training you wish to reprogram for another 9 weeks, we will only charge £99.
If as well as 9 weeks of hypertrophy/strength/power training you wish to improve your cardiovascular system, we can programme 9 weeks worth of energy system development training for just £49.
Once you have purchased your programme, we will contact you within 24 hours via phone or email, confirming your details and giving you a step by step guide of how to get the most out of our service
In order for us to construct the most effective programme for your needs we will show you how to perform a basic movement screen which you can email to us, this way we can select the most appropriate exercises for your programme. The screen is optional, some more advanced clients may have previously completed one, but we recommend it as the best way to get started, especially for our beginner programmes
Once we have analysed your movement screen we will then put together your programme and send it to you, including video demonstrations of all exercises, making sure you're fully equipped to hit the ground running
Each block of training is 3 weeks in length, should you have any questions about the next block, we are on hand to answer any questions, via telephone, email or video call.
